Im not sure if this is the correct place for this, but my question is what the title says, what do you think the best free vpn is for protecting my data and preventing my internet from being throttled. I use a vpn on my Ipad and it is great, I would like to enjoy more consistent speeds on my laptop.
Hotspot shield is pretty decent, it's ad supported though, but I don't run into many ads.
