Best free VPN?

Hey all,

I am on the hunt for a decent free VPN service - in short I live on a university campus and torrents won't work without VPN use.

Any recommendations?

OpenVPN test best tool. I'm using it everywhere, very secure. Maybe a little but for advanced user of Unix systems.

I made my own using OpenVPN. Buy a real cheap VPS.

Have you tried using http://www.primovpn.net? I liked that PrimoVPN was easier to setup than other VPNs.
