Been using 2 of Cooler master's Sickleflow 120mm Blues for over a year now no problems. Great price and move decent air. Need moar for my side panel.
Try bitfenix, xigmatek, and cooler master. My personal favorites. Bitfenix yields the most CFM with the least amount of RPM and noise.. Xigmatek is right after on that. Cooler Master tends to require more RPM of the 3. Non the less, they're all great.
If you don't like those 3, just try to find fans with custom fins and good bearing builds. Those tend to be the best types of fans.
