Best fan config

I have 2x120mm Noctua fans and 2x140mm Fractal fans which came with my new Fractal Design r4.

I currently have the 2x140mm in the front as intakes, 1x120mm at the back and 1x120mm at the top as exhausts. Would it be okay for me to have a 120mm and a 140mm in the front intakes, with the 120mm in the back and a 140mm on the top as exhausts? Or is more exhaust/intake recommended?]

Are there any other setup recommendations regarding fan positions?

Personally I prefer a negative pressure system (more out than in) because then non populated fan mounts will help draw in air.  The downside to this is the system is more prone to dust.  So if you're in a non-dusty area I would recommend that.  I really don't think it matters too much though, so long as cold comes in and hot goes out.
