Hi I am currently looking for a easy to use emulator that boots quick and is more than just the gameboys it would include everything from nes to ds if not more and a easy place where all the game are held to be downloaded and have hacked version that have edits done to them
we can't tell you where to get those, best GB emulator would be visual boy advance 1.7-1.8, NocashGBA for DS and games that require a solar sensor or linking, ePSXe for Playstation and PCSX2 for PS2 emulation, PJ64 for N64, SNES9X for SNES emualtion, Dolphin for gamecube/wii emulation and Jnes for NES emulation
please only play games you own and support the people who made these game and get your own bios
Support who? Buying an SNES Game or console doesn't support Nintendo. Buying a GBA game or console doesn't support Nintendo. Buying a PSX game or console doesn't support Sony. They're all part of the used game market these days.
Download whatever games and emulators you want.
ok so every emulator out there is ileagle and every "mario" flash game or other knock off games are suppose to support nintendo that doesnt actually happen and i own the games but i want the emulator to play them on
ehhh, maybe not illegal for sure, but still kinda shady..... just use google, it's how I got my emulator.... btw, unless you have some great hardware, some games will really lag when used with an emulator, like SW BF2. FF12 runs pretty good on emulators, but it's a little wierd cause I don't have a controller
I don't think Nintendo is tracking the used sales of Captain Skyhawk anymore.
Also, try http://www.bitgamer.su, has a lot of vintage gaming stuff, and may or may not have emulation as well.
its not leagle if i dont own the game and im only going to play games that i own because i own them because i love them i just want to be able to play on the compuer so i wont be using ileagle items and i havent found and good emulators as of now most only allow gameboy or snes i want one where i can switch between nes to gameboy and back and if anyone knows of a orignal xbox one please post it here
The emus I like best are, SNES9X for SNES, NEStopia for NES, Visual Boy Advanced for GameBoy through GameBoy Advanced, for Genesis I use Fusion, Project64 for Nintendo 64, and PCSX Reloaded for PSX. I used PCSX2 to play God of War haven't really messed with any other systems
If you're COOL you could find some ROMs by looking on google. There are some pretty COOL ROMs out there. Apart from just COOL ROMs they have all the emulators together in one place. COOL, eh?

BASSFIRE!!!!! He strikes again!
I strike everywhere. Like in the Retro gaming section.
Here's a list of my favourites for each console.
- NES: FCEUX
- SNES: SNES9X or ZSNES
- GBA: VisualBoy Advance
- DS: DeSmuME
- Genesis/Master System/Mega Drive/32X/Sega CD: Kega Fusion (recently just "Fusion")
- Nintendo64: Project64
- Nintendo GameCube / Wii: Dolphin
- DOS: DosBox
- Capcom Play System 1/2/3, NEO-GEO, etc: Nebula's Emulators (I use his CPS3 emulator for basically just third strike)
- Nearly any arcade title you can think of: MAME
For providing gamepad/joystick support in programs/games/emulators that do not support them natively: XPadder (highly recommended, you can "buy" it from the official website to support the creator although the actual software comes on a free license. Google for a mirror to get a free copy) or Motioninjoy if you want to use a PS3 controller over bluetooth, or JoyToKey (not quite as good)
Most emulators will support your gamepads, however it's nice to have a unified layout with XPadder. It also allows you to easily use either keyboard or your gamepad when it's not plugged in and you're too lazy to go get it or you just want to get in a quick game, without having to reconfigure your controls. It also has automatic profile selection so you can just leave it running and forget about it!
As for ROMs, you could be a cool dude as suggested by bassfire or just try to hustle them elsewhere. (lots of hacks/mods at the second source.)
All emulators are legal, ROMs are legal if you own the rights to the game (aka purchased a physical copy), yadda yadda yadda.
Have fun!
FPse for PSX ... and GameBoid for Gamyboy advance ... both for android :)
project 64 is the best emulator IMO you just run it and it goes. tell it where the roms are and it loads em. no faf like the ps2 1s.
PCSX2 has the highest compatibility next to ePSXe.
PS2 emulation requires a bucket load of CPU horsepower (Sandy bridge quad core or higher).
