I am editing video in premier and after effects. I am editing photos in Photoshop and Lightroom. I have a maximum budget of 1000$. I have a NZXT Source 210 elite case with a 500w power supply. I am looking for the best editing perfomance with this money. I am going to be using 2 1080p moniters. The lower the money would be good because my mother is bloating for it so I don't want to kill her if I don't have to. I need at least 16gb of ram a 120ssd for windows and programs and 1tb 7200rpm hard drive. Kinda also want to overclock. And I would want an Nvidia graphics card. I don't think I will be doing any other gaming other than happy wheels and Minecraft. If u guys can help me out with parts that would be great.

Sorry this isn't an overclocking system, but this is a lot of system.

This will take care of all your video needs. You could get an AMD 8350 or an i5 and overclock them, but it won't be faster than this. The 660ti has plenty of cuda cores too. more than the 760. The games you play don't even touch this systems capabilities.
