Best cpu/mobo/ram for 250$?

Hello :)

im running a core2due 2.33ghz based system with 4GB kingston hyperx 1333 ram and Asus 560 non ti vga .

the gpu is a total waste when its running with this core2due. so its time to upgrade.

some guys "trainergames/gigabuster" recommended some parts to me .. and i picked a couple of them

my Budget is 250$ and im upgrading the Ram / CPU / Motherboard. so i came up with those options

Motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130655

 CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116775

 Ram - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145345

245$ before shipping.

so im wondering .. are these the best parts i can get for 250$? if not, please feel free to recommended anything :-)

thanks in advance.

and would the 1333ram works okay with the 1600 ones? :)

not really, you won't really use more that 4 GB when gaming, 8GB is plenty

the ram you chose

CPU/Heatsink

Motherboard

Asus is higher quality been having problems with MSI lately as well as other people, for 7 bucks after the combo thats a steal on the heatsink, might as well, if you already have one or don't want to spend 7 extra bucks that's fine to get the 3220 by its self too, you won't really need it for the 3220 but hey its only 7 bucks
