As the title says. Best CPU cooler for $50 or less for LGA socket 1150
The first and obvious one is the hyper 212 plus/evo. Its very popular and very cost effective($30). If you wanted an aio for cheap with decent cooling the h50 quiet edition is only $60 although there are cheaper 120 aio's from cooler master. I've heard good things about the enermax ets-t40 ($50). IDK... What kind of case do you have? Is it hot where you live? Could you raise the budget larger?
The Xigmatek Dark Night is a very good cooler for the price
I ordered a Fractal design define r4 for $80 a few days ago. So space and compatibility will most likely not be an issue. I am currently in California so might get a little toasty. I am just trying to get the best price to performance ratio, so a little over budget is fine. As long as it is worth the extra cash.
Unavailable basically everywhere.
Well, this is what i'd do if i were you. Wanted save the most money and get killer price/performance go with 212 evo/plus. Wanted to spend a little more and get better performance then an h80i by a good margin then go with the Noctua NH-UP14S for $70.
I agree with the CM EVO. That cooler is good for the price. Suitable for some level of overclocking.
Here's an upright, dual 120 Noctua, if you want peace of mind:

If you can stretch to $60, there's more choices from Noctua and Phanteks, other reputable brands. Though, the aforementioned coolers will be more than sufficient. I give a thumbs up to the Xigmatek, too.
