Unless you are doing a high overclock a hyper 212 will work just fine.
If you are going for high clockspeeds, Noctua NH-U12S will fit in almost all cases and will wipe the floor with most 120/140mm AIOs... It is more quiet, does better job at keeping stuff cool and cost less...
