I'm looking for a decentcooler for under £60/$90 and I was just wandering which was the best. It'll be cooling an AMD fx 8350 non overclocked at the moment but I will in the future
For water an h100i or thermaltake water 2.0 extreme is a good choice and for air a noctua nh-d14 or phanteks ph-tc14
Water or Air??
for $90, this is an amazing beast of an air cooler that competes with water coolers. You can get it in different colors too

Any of these will do a good job!
Alpenföhn -Wasser- All-In-One Watercooling Solution £59.99
Corsair Hydro H60 V2 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler £59.99
Corsair Hydro H100 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler £71.99
(Not seen any H100I's in that price range?)
If you're on a budget, check out some Manufacturer Refurbished options.
Corsair Hydro H100 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler £39.95 you wont find anything that will beat that for value.
They are nice for air cooler!
If our in the UK they are around £69 (but you get a choice of colors too) I just think this as the price point where the water cooling optinons start to become more compelling then air.
In that price range I'd personally go for the Noctua NH-D14.
