That is just 100Mbit. You want a gigabit switch.

99% of the time TP-Link is absolutely fine. In my previous post I was expressing my own snobbishness towards different vendors. It's nice having a really solid feeling Cisco Switch with some extra features, but if you just want a couple extra ethernet ports around you could buy two TP-Links for the same price as a Cisco and if your TP-Link dies, which is highly unlikely, you have a hot swappable one ready to go.

I have two tp-link jetstream managed switches which I really like, I used to have hp switches and I like the tp-link much more. I have no experience with Cisco though.
