No one seems to recommend it, but the Antec GX700 is worth a look. About $60 in the US and comes with three nice fans and a controller for them. Also has tool-less HDD caddies, cable management space and a hole on the motherboard mounting backing for easy installation of large coolers. Has USB 3.0 top ports too.
Most importantly of all, it is better than pretty much anything else in the price range for cooling when the fans are set on high (it's even better than a lot of them with the fans set on low). Better temperature deltas on stock and overclocked for CPUs than the BitFenix Ghost, Corsair C70 and Fractal Design R4 (and that's on low). On high it is more similar to the Antec 1100 (much more expensive) than to its price competitors.
I'd recommend the Phantom 410. It is around $100 and is often on sale for less. It comes in several colors, there is a window, there is space for your radiator up top, it comes with a fan controller and USB 3.0 ports, cable management looks good with a largish gap behind the mobo and rubber grommits.
On the cm store they have a refurbished scout(refurbished cases have like 1 scratch, virtually no difference from new) thats on $40, id highly recommend that, or a new nzxt tempest 410 from newegg, it has 280mm rad support
