Best budget monitor for the R7 265

This is my first pc build and i dont know any recommended monitors. I am not any sort of pro gamer but i enjoy playing fps, i dont know how much importance the refresh rates are. thanks for any recommendation. sorry for my english.

Go for 1080p IPS monitors, around 24". The R7 isn't really the strongest card but it should handle 1080p gaming pretty well. You should only need a monitor with around 60Hz since that card ain't that powerful and won't necessarily be running games beyond 60FPS at full graphical settings.

I always recommend this monitor: http://www.amazon.com/Dell-P2314H-Widescreen-Backlight-Monitor/dp/B00EQAG3F6/ref=sr_1_10?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1420934254&sr=1-10&keywords=24in+1080p+IPS+monitor+60Hz

It's not the cheapest of monitors and not the fastest (8ms response time) but it should provide very good quality for the price.

if you don't like slow monitors, TN panels provide superior response time and a much lower price but poor color production, it's better for FPS titles thanks to the faster response time (you won't experience much motion blur coming from the monitor)

If you want a TN panel, this one will be superior to the Dell for about the same price. Especially considering it's 2MS response time.

Get a 21-24in 1080p ips monitor.  Smaller 1080p monitors are good as they require less AA to get the desired look out of your game.  (the pixels are smaller and closer together.)
