Best Budget Build for Gaming and editing

Hello all! 

Been looking around for a bit about building a PC for light editing and also having the ability to run most games on high settings! Looking to spend between $500 and $600, already have an ssd that i will add to the pc after i build it but would also install atleast 1tb driver for storage. I'm really inbetween intel and amd and not sure what would be better for my needs, already have my keyboard and such so just looking for the pc. Also live in the US so getting the parts shouldn't be a problem. Lastly whatever way i go, i'd like to have the ability to upgrade it easily as i move into move video editing through school. Oh i need to have a wireless card in there too, so whatever is most reliable for that will work.
