Best bang for the buck

I have a budget of 200 for a cpu, and I was wondering whats the best I can get for under 200?

I had my eyes on a i5-3470, but what are your thoughts?

I would go either with FX-8320 and overclock it to stock 8350 or with i5-4760k and overclock it.

Depends on your uses, and your other hardware. 8350 and i5 are about equal in measure. It may be decided on specific games or specific applications that you use.
