Looks reasonable to me - no compatability issues. Going to be nice and overclockable as well. Thumbs up sir.
The parts are good but I suggest dropping the Mushkin memory from 2133 to 1600/1866. Performance difference is very minimal in gaming so you should be able to shave some money off that part. Also, consider the samsung 840 series for your OS and main applications storage. The write speeds may not be out of this world but the read speeds compete with many of the leading brands. The read speed is what ultimately counts when it all comes down to it and you will save some money on that front too. With the money you've saved you can allocate that to getting a different chassis like a Fractal Design R4 (windowed) unless you really like the one you have chosen already.
