Best android phone camera under $200?

0 Budget is hopefully around 100-150 I dunno, maybe if I get a nice android device I'd use it more, I've only ever used cheap tablets and phones since they do the job. I could go up to 200 without much issue if the need really came up.

1 Camera, Zenfone 2 seems about average overall

2 Bigger the better

3 Performance, seems like any phone is going to handle emulation

4 Whatever else you'd look for I guess, maybe storage and battery.

Anyways thanks for any suggestions, I really don't know all that much about using higher end android devices, any other major things using a higher end one of a lower end would give me?

Update:
So apparently my phone can emulate that game just fine actually so...is there any benefit to getting a higher end android device? I thought I would need some beefy hardware for PSP emulation. I wonder if my cheap win8 tablet can do it...

Although my phone does only have like 2gbs of internal storage so that would be a decent upgrade I suppose.

I'd be upgrading from an LF fuel something that was only 30 dollars.

Either 2nd Gen. Moto G, or the ASUS ZenFone 2.

The ZenFone has a larger display (5.5" to 5"), much better camera (13 MP to 8 MP), much larger battery (3000 mAh to 2070 mAh), more RAM (2 GB to 1 GB), better resolution (1080p to 720p), and CPUs are probably about the same.

The only thing the Moto G has over the ZenFone is that it has a cleaner version of Android. I suggest getting the ZenFone.

So the benefit you would gain from getting a new phone would be: better pictures, longer battery life, smoother performance, and better overall experience.

I figured the ZenFone 2 might be a pretty good idea, I guess there really aren't too many options aside from the plethora of cheaper chinese phones.

I don't suppose there's any sub 200 dollar phone that has 4k video is there?

if you want high end graphical performance you're going to have to look for anything that has Nvidia tegra CPU. they are powerful as hell. but they aren't in phones. only in tablets and handhelds like the Nvidia shield portable. which i recommend if you want a dedicated Android gaming handheld.

You can get an HTC one M7 for pretty cheap on ebay.

Ya I dunno, I think I might shift my priority to it's camera at this point, seems like any modern phone is going to be able to do emulation.

they can but not well. and it depends on what you are emulating. PSP and Gamecube is the most taxing.

If my cheap ass phone can do it with no noticeable stutter I think anything could handle it no?

Though I still really don't have much of an idea of what I want to do with my money
