ok so im gonna be getting a new pc and i can spend 900$ all i need is the pc parts and case nothing else.

i hav the case i want and theres a good deal on a hardrive. i also dont want a ssd.

Uhhh uhh uhhh,well here's this, if you really want to spend $900 though bump it up to a 8350 and 7950.
