Best 3000$ 3-monitors complete setup?

Heey ! I finally get my budget... 3000$-3500$, i want to buy for it everything ( PC, Monitor,Pheriphals ).

Start with main purpose : SOO MUCH GAMIIINGG and Video-editing + effects.

I want when i will get this computer to start do some lets plays, and i would want to learn work with Photoshop, After Effects and all these stuff. And the highest priority is future-proof ! I want to run high details 1080p on it for next like 5 years.

So what i tried to build is :

3x Asus VS248H-P 24-Inch Full-HD LED Monitor - 600 $

Razer Goliathus Extended Mouse Pad-Control - 26 $

Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 Elite - 120 $

Razer Naga 2012 - 70 $

CAD U1 USB Recording Microphone - 40 $

Kingston HyperX Beast 16 GB Kit (2x8 GB) 2400MHz - 155 $

Intel Core i7-3770K - 310 $

NZXT Technologies KRAKEN X60 - 140 $

MSI Z77A-GD65 Z77 - 160 $

Seagate Barracuda 7200 3 TB - 136 $

NZXT Phantom 820 - 250 $

NZXT HALE90 - 150 $

Crucial m4 256GB - 200 $

Now, u must notice that there is no GPU, this is where i did stuck. I want to play eyefinity, but more i want to use three monitors for like... first have browser second game and third video call. Soo, here is what i tried to build. Any questions, just ask me.

Two 7970 should work well, AMDs Eyefinity is more mature than Nvidias Surround, and the 1GB of Extra Vram will help too, and i think youll be able to setup different monitors for different Tasks, im not to clear on that though so maybe someone else on the forum knows more.

Damn i dont know, i just got tip that GTX 680 Classified is good... so what should i pick... 2 Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 OC with Boost 3GB or one EVGA GeForce GTX 680 Classified 4 GB and then maybe get one to sli
