Hey guys. What would you say the best 250 dollar GPU is? I'll be pairing it with the Phenom black x2 955. I also have a 600w PSU. (I know, over kill)

More powerful, by a fairly large margin. The 7870 XT is in the ballpark of a 670.

I really like my Radeon HD 7850.  You can get a 2GB version for like $185 on NewEgg.
