Best 200mm Case Fan?

I'm currently using the NZXT Phantom full tower case which came with a stock 200mm fan at the top of the case.

It's so loud! What would be the best alternative for both decibel levels and an adequate vent for whole case?

Bitfenix Spectre pro is pretty good, I have one and I like it

I will second the Bitfenix Spectre pro. I have the white led version in my white 600t and it looks great, moves decent air, and is pretty quiet.

Definitely go for the Bitfenix.  I've used Cooler Master ones too and they are decent and quiet, but more of a value option.

no, use the NZXT ones. NZXT uses a non-standard mounting pattern for their 200mm fans

Just bring the voltage from 12v to 5v , that should make it silent , and as commissar sais , i think they are non standard.

The Spectre Pros have a ton of different mounting holes to deal with the fact there is no mounting standard for 200mm fans, they should fit fine (pic is a Phantom 530 frame with the fans)
