Best $100-$150 Modem/Wireless Router

Hello planning to by a new modem/wireless router for 100-150 dollars. was wondering which you would recommend has to me these requirements.

-4 gigabit LAN ports(1 has to be able to do WAN)

-stability (live quite far from exchange)

-reasonable 2.4ghz wireless, additional 5ghz wouldn't hurt but not necessary

-wireless printing and hardrive sharing

-wifi on\off switch

I have a TPlink WDR3600 At my parents house running openwrt and it works beautifully even with 10+ Wifi Devices. Not sure how much they are is AUS but they can be had for ~£60 in the UK so should be within your budget.
