Not sure that I've ever seen crystallized honey. Might need to find some and snack on it immediately.

Main Blueberries, There is a special bee for that!
it's not responsible for the honey in you picture because its not a honey bee. it is a solitary bee called Osmia Atriventris commonly called The Main Blueberry Bee. It is a buzz pollinator meaning that it will buzz at a specific frequency to release the pollen of the Main Blueberry process called sonication or buzz pollination. Like I said these bee is not a honey producer but is sometimes used commercially for pollination of blueberry and tomatoes too.
Not only that but look at her this bee looks amazing.

Wait. What? I didn't know like any of this was a thing lol. I'll have to look into various types of bees and the whole sonication thing. Sounds interesting.
