Bee Cam test 3 It is the Tri-force of bee cams

OK test 3 is now live 3 cameras 2 external and 1 internal. Im hoping the hardware holds up. Honestly i'm amazed it is working at all. Provided nothing explodes or otherwise ignites into fire this will likely be the configuration for a while unless feedback here demands otherwise. if everything is cool in a few days I will make the bee cam go-live official.

Enjoy, and thanks in advance for all the feedback!

hummm do bees sleep? or take some kind of rest from their daily activities??

Yes, from time to time a honey bee will rest I don't know if you can call it sleep but a bee will drop its body temperature slow some of its body functions to me it sounds more like a mini bee coma.

I have looked and cant seem to find one small enough on ebay. (Come on China we need this)

24 hrs of activity in the hive.

I literally tuned in last night to see two black screens and a swarm of bees going about their things...
However, I finally found out what the text on that black sign over the entrance is...

Yea the exterior cameras do not do well in low light the interior camera has a few LEDs on it that light things up a bit. Its OK there isn't a lot of activity outside the hive at night anyway. I love that with the 3rd camera you can see the full sticker now!

those are some cool looking bees!

Thanks! I'm glad you guys like looking at them too.

Looking good Bee. codys_lab uploaded a video of removing a live wild bee hive

Bee hive removals are impressive. I cant wait to do one sometime. I often watch JP the Bee Man videos and that's what he does almost all of his videos are removals.

With these cameras we can confirm "busy bee" is a well grounded phrase haha

Yep they work themselves to death literally. foraging the last job a worker bee takes on is so hard that it kills them they just get torn up and worn out outside the hive they work so hard.

My new favorite song!
I am going to have to start a list of bee songs (that are not flight of the bumble bee)
This one is first!

"For The Swarm"

Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Busy, busy, there's so much to do here

Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
I must fly!

Sunny day begin
Souls in them all
Found it really good
Thousand knights unsee the sin

Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Busy, busy, there's so much to do here

Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
Gotta go to work, work, work, work, gotta work
I must fly!

Sunny day begin
Souls in them all
Found it really good
Voices unheard

Sunny day begin
Souls in them all
Found it really good
A thousand voices

For The Swarm!
For The Swarm!
For The Swarm!
For The Swarm!
For The Swarm!
For The Swarm!

Wrong...
So the day begins
All assigned a role
For the greater good
Thousand eyes unseen itself
Etc...
Somewhere in the YouTube comments the guys actually asked the band and posted the band's answer for the lyrics...
