For the life of me I couldn’t figure out why my keyboard and dongle wasn’t being detected by my phone. Turns out the issue was that I didn’t enable OTG USB.
I found the setting that would enable it from this article.
I got a Boox Note 3. It was on sale for $25 off from the MSRP and had a bundle for an additional screen protector and case.
I was going to wait a little longer for E-ink tablets to come down in price, but it appears that it hasn’t had enough sales to force companies to compete on pricr(as amazon has a strangle hold on the books and E-readers category)
I plan to use it to read pdfs books, and manga as E-ink displays have paperlike contrast, without any of drawbacks of regular screens (moreso at night). It also has android, so I can sideload apps without needing to root my tablet.
People on the tachiyomi server recommended having 4gb of ram if I plan on reading a lot of chapters and a 10 inch screen if I want to have dual page support.

I really like the creative liberties the author took to make unique, interesting character backstories that differed from the default player characters in the game.
You can trace subtle changes in Gold/Silver specifically Krystal’s origins and motivation. Then gradual changes in Ruby and Sapphire as well as Diamond and Pearl. In Black and White, the deviations are further specifically with White’s orgins and occupation, and finally with the sequels that had both characters as part of organizations from the universe.

Goblin Slayer: Side Story Year One: Chapter 45, Page 3
The promotion arc in the side story, compared to the recent arc from the main, shows how much Goblin Slayer has grown to work on a team.
Took some photos before I was going to move out. A angled perspective + wide lens makes for a more interesting virtual background, as well as, a bigger room.
The Pictures
These were the pictures I was happy with. I had two versions so that I can roto the monitors for future fun
The Camera Setup
Initial Setup
Initially I set the camera, took a photo, and marked on a notecard the placement. Initially I thought this would be low effort, but as I kept adjusting the framing I realized I needed a better setup.
Since the wide angle lens had a wider field of view, I needed to move the boxes out of the frame and into my bathroom
Refined Setup
I ended up using scrcpy, which allowed me to use a larger monitor to finalize the framing and control the shutter
I wrote a handy guide if you are curious about scrcpy
I wish fennec for android had a setting to always render pages as desktop mode similar to iPadOS. It’s inconvenient viewing desktop sites on a tablet.
There was previosly an extension, but the firefox team changed extensions on mobile and limited the options.
