Air fried a New York Strip steak today using these instructions
Add the steak to the air fryer basket and cook it for about 7 to 9 minutes for a medium-rare steak or 10 to 14 minutes for medium, flipping the steak halfway through.
I chose the middle and cooked it for 8 minutes.
I like medium rare steaks, but this was more rare than I am used to.
If I could go back, I would run it for 9-10 minutes on my air fryer.
I also tried a Golden Ale. It wasn’t bad, the bitter flavor have tasted better with a sweeter dish such as pizza or pasta.
Looking back, I think a Cream Ale would have gone better as the sweet taste would pair better with a salty dish.

The phone is narrower compared to my realme xt, which makes it easier to use 1 handed use. The DAC is a nice feature, but I haven’t used it enough to notice a difference on my ATX 50s headphones or my klipsh speakers
I reused these instructions to setup my current phone.
I’ve removed most preloaded bloat and google apps (installed via aurora store and contained in shelter)
These two apps really help me lock down my phone without needing to install lineageOS
