Battlefield V

Does anyone know if we can get battlefield v on Ubuntu, either by Lutris or whatever?

I really couldn’t say no matter how hard I try…

I guess the best thing to do @wetpretzel2 is to just try running the install script, but remember the install script doesn’t download the game from the website. The install script apparently installs all the dependencies and Wine, but you will need to install the game by hand. I am quite sure with all the forum members on this forum running Linux, someone will be able to help if you run into any problems.

So this game totally works, flawlessly. Expect a drop in performance, say ~15% over windows, and remember the first few hours of game play (map cycling) is going to be choppy while the shader cache is built.

using a logitech g502 on board memory (set up in windows prior) using the polling rate of 1000hz did some weird tracking thing where it would move the aim along the x-axis but not along the y-axis if moving diagonal, fixed by reducing to either 250 or 500hz.

Have you played online or just the campaign?

Online, the only issue like I said was the mouse tracking.
