I thought it would be interesting to start a discussion on this. I find it weird that some people can play the game with no problems, yet others with superior computers have major issues. Maybe through this we can weed out what the general issue is (besides EA, of course).
I'll start:
Core i5 760 @ 3.2GHz, 8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM, Zotac AMP! 560 Ti 1GB
^With this I'm able to run the game on High/Ultra settings with an average fps of about 60.
No issues for me at all. The game runs flawlessly.
Core i7 2600K @4.8Ghz
G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB DDR3 @1600mhz 7-8-7-24
two MSI GTX 580 Lightning Xtreme in SLI @940mhz/1880mhz/4400mhz (3GB of GDDR5)
MSI Z68A-GD80
Runs the games at maximum settings at 1920x1200.
No problems, runs flawlessly.
Core i7 930 @ 4.02 ghz, 12gb DDR3 1600mhz, Evga GTX580,
Can not run the game @ ultra with 2560x1440 :[ Playing in window mode in 1920x1080 ish.
Except for random crashes here and there, it runs smooth.

Core 2 Quad Q9450 @ 3.6 GHz 8 GB Kingston Hyper X 1066, Radeon 6950 2GB. Not a problem yet aside from battlelog being crap.
actually people with real beast machines running their games at 16000p have the most issues and from what I can find its because they run out of ram on their graphics card
I have 3 pc's
AMD Phenom 965 with 2 XFX 5770's in crossfire overclocked running ultra settings 55 FPS no issues.
AMD Phenom 1100T with Asus gtx 580 ultra settings 85 fps no issues.
INTEL I7 3930 with MSI 580 Lightning 2 OC version 100FPS ultra settings no issues.
There are some random crashes but that is from Origin itself.

2600k @ 4.5GHz
8GB 1600MHz CL9
HD 6950 1GB crossfire
Can run it on ultra 1080p with 100+ FPS
BUT NO ANTI-ALIASING! If I turn AA on, my card's Vram fills up and the game starts paging.
Can anyone else with 1GB cards confirm the same issue? Or is it just me?

I have 1GB of VRAM on my card and I'm running the game with 4x AA just fine

Interesting... are you running it all on ultra in 1080p?
I do the same on my 570
1080p on ultra 4x, barring SSAO because that's gay stuff.
