Barracuda Backup Appliance Woes

Anyone have experience with Barracuda Backup Appliances, as of late? Been having a lot of weird issues with the Cloud Portal and overall getting replication to initiate.

  1. Cloud portal will not update in even close to real time. Sometimes hours before data is shown. Disk usage in the cloud portal is garbage – and shows that we use 20% more than we actually do.

  2. Got Replication Initiated – which is not a hard process, but there is literally zero reporting to see the progress of the replication. A graph would be nice?!

Anyone else deal with these frustrating little bastards? Support says a new Early Access Firmware will fix caching issues, but running that in a production environment (with absolutely no rollback option) is totally out of the question.
