Whats your experience with it?
It looks like a good tool to backup your HDD or even backup a entire PC over the internet. I just rediscoverd it after abandoning it because i though it was just another tool. Tanks to @presserscrew who mentioned it and @DeusQain swears its really awesome i gonna give it another shot.
I used it to do backups to a tape archive for a company with 70 Desktop computers, hundreds of servers, all being backed up through the companies internal networks. Which spanned four data centers, and our HQ.
Very powerful tool. Haven't used it in many years.. Will likely pick it back up to see how it has improved.
But did you then replace it with something else, just closed software replacement?
The company I worked for went bankrupt.

There is Bacula2 (ah thats just for older servers. If i understood it correctly)
I have messed with it a little bit had one of my servers run it but would rsync to work fine for my few computers.
