Backup Software

Hey guys
I have a file server on our network in a small office environment (around 10-15pcs accessing the file server), its just a windows machine with a couple of shared folders and some harddrives total around 3TB of pics and documents and things, we are editing pics and documents daily but not heavy load on the network.

I would like to have a daily backup preferably at night, and then a weekly backup to an offsite machine in case of theft/fire etc.
It would be nice if the daily backup service also includes some kind of version checking or sync feature where it only copies the files that has been changed/edited during the day.

What kind of software would you guys recommend?
Free is of course nice, but I'm willing to pay a bit if the program is very easy to use and includes useful features.
Its only files we're talking abt, I don't need backup a whole computer including user settings, installed software etc.

If you're recommending some software please give some pros/cons to help my understand.
Thnx

Try Second Copy - http://www.secondcopy.com/. You can download a free 30 day trial. It runs on XP/2003/Vista/7/2008/8/10 - 32-bit and 64-bit.

It does all the things you listed above and more.

It's simple to use, $29/license, compression/encryption, scheduled backups...etc.

SyncBack

SyncBack is available in Free, SE version $39.95 and Pro $59.95.
The free one has been working out fine for me. I have 3 drives (Windows SSD, games SSD, data HDD) that backup to a 4th 3TB drive automatically at night. I have my backups scheduled so C: runs one day, D: the next and E: on the 3rd day in rotation. Then I also run backups to external drives. It is pretty easy to work with. Give the free one a test drive.
