Backing up data

Hey Guys, I just accidentally deleted 400GB of Tv shows from my HDD I have a backup but its about 2-3 months out of date I was wondering if there was a way to set something up that the folder is always backed up to the other HDD automatically. 

I have windows 8 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

On a basic level you could use microsoft's own synctoy. I prefer disparity for backups though, it isn't very user friendly but I like it.
