Background Noise with Mic

After I built my new PC, my mic has been making a really bad background/white noise. It ruins recording or game chat. I have a pair of Turtle Beach X12s and the DSS2 surround sound card. I also use Realtek HD Audio as my drivers. I have included a sample what my mic sounds like. Thanks!

Typical interference leaking in to the audio signal. Try moving the the dss2 and headset and all cables away from any electronic devices like the rougher and monitor. If that does no work try a different headset as those USB powered Turtle Beach ones have a common problem with buzzing.
