Hi there,

Windows 7 no longer wants to make system back-ups. When I open the config screen and click on windows back-up I get a blank screen box, other than reinstaling windows any ideas what to do. Alternativly what's a good program to make system back-ups.

Before reinstalling, try opening command prompt and typing

sfc /scannow

or if that doesn't work, boot from your install disc and perform a repair installation
