Problem:
I can’t get my monitor (AW3423DW) to pass a signal through the kvm, I have an XB241H and that is working fine. The monitor keeps saying it’s searching for a signal.
Other Notes:
I’ve tried the cables that work with the XB241H so I’m confident it’s not a cable problem.
The monitor works without the KVM, and I have tried all port combinations.
