Avid To Join PC Gaming

I'm A Teen Who Is Avid To Join The PC Gaming Scene, As I've Been Playing Console Since PSOne And Since I Was 3, I Really Am Getting Bored Of Console As It Seems Easy, Now I've Played Abit Of PC Gaming (Indies Such As SuperMeatBoy, LIMBO, Don't Starve And Games Like Half-Life 2 And Alot Of Source SDK Mods), And I Do Youtube Videos On PC In HD (Youtube.com/MrYtfMedia).

Now I'm On A Low Budget (£450 - Equates To Around $800), My Mum Said I'm Now Allowed A PC (God Dern It Merrrrm) So I Have To Get A Laptop Which I Can Game On, The Other Side Is Consoles, Now I Still Love And Cannot Wait For The PS4 But I Want A New Challenge, Higher Frames And Better Graphics (Well It Doesnt Matter As Long As I Can Play At LOW In 1280x720). I Have The Budget For A Console (£200 Each With Brother For Killzone Bundle - "Ultimate"), A Game Capture Device Thats PC Free And A Home Pc That I Could Add Ram But Its Not Mine...

Any Help? Regards In Advance,

Thanks.

[EDIT] Also I Have Available 20-30gb Data Limit Per Month (Yet My Dads Getting 100mb Internet From Virgin)

[EDIT 2] Limit For Myself Only, Also I Have Researched And Found These:

Don't go for an APU on a laptop. Dedicated graphics solutions on a laptop are already slow enough. I can recommend MSI Gaming laptops. Search for a GTX660M or similar graphics card. It's not the fastest but it works quite well.

Have a look at this: http://www.notebooksbilliger.de/msi+ge60+i750m245fd+gaming+notebook/eqsqid/d1b402f8-f015-463b-9ab1-94700b604982

The advantage is that it has an mSATA ssd slot so if you happen to get some more money you could invest in a mSata ssd and it runs extremely fast

It even has a full HD display (sorry for the german website ;-) )

If Possible Can You Send Me A UK Link, Sorry I Understand If Your From Another Country, Thanks For The Advice!

Dont get a laptop its not worth it.

With 450 pounds you better off with a console if you cant have a desktop. Sorry to break your heart mate, but gaming using a 450 pounds laptop is worse than gaming in a console.
Also 450 pounds = 700 USD not 800 USD.
Also to record your gameplay you will need to use FRAPS which already take away some FPS from your game.
Also this laptop you posted it costs almost 600 Pounds which is 975 USD.
With 600 pounds you can build a good desktop (not the best) and play a lot of things.

The cyberpower laptop, you will need to buy a better configuration. and Cyberpower for itself is expensive.
Also again, the CPU from the HP laptop it sucks and the graphic card too.
AMD + HP = shite

Also I forgot to say that some stores from the UK sell PCs on finance and the interest is very low.
Try PC Specialist, Overclockers, Dino PC and Scan.

Also Dabs and Aria PC are the cheapest place to buy PC parts.
The problem with Overclockers, Dino PC and etc is that they charge you like 100 to 150 pounds to build your PC.
Dino PC is the cheapest place to buy custom desktop.

My friend got a desktop from Overclockers on finance and he is paying  40 pounds per month for 2 years for a pc with an AMD 8350 and a Matrix 7970, so not a bad deal at all.

I am not into financing things but it is not a bad thing if your parents can get it, also 35 to 40 pounds per month is nothing. Right?
