Also I hate the idea of cars being slammed.
80% of the Roads it my city are not the greatest.

Sorry, no coffee yet, my sarcasm/joke detector doesn’t work before noon.

~2600 to make it like it never happened. Could be less but he quoted worst case.

I think I might just keep it as is and mess with it once it warms up again.

Affordable modern Nortons? Ya boi spoider needs a new bike.

My vfr is going to be covered in ziptie stiches. I ain’t getting new fairings for a second time on this bike. It gone be red and white with stiches all over. I gotta get new taillight, replacement bits from Sato for the right peg that is just gone from sliding, and a new barend. See about welding together some shitty exhaust to replace the banged up cans. Still got the yamaha, but it still needed carb bits and probably ~1k$ into tires, chain, brakes, clutch, ect

So, left it a bit late to get back on the bike. 37 C here today

Splitting traffic only helps so much… when the air is 35C plus it doesn’t cool you down much.

I want to build an SR20DET S13 with ignorant ass overfenders and a giant wing.
considering selling my WRX to do this.

on a scale from 1-10 how bad of a decision is this?

Sounds like a good time to me!

I rate it a 2 (assuming 10 is worst decision).

Finally got around to working on the project that’s stopping me from my LS swap.

Buddy’s 4.3L Vortec for his Blazer.

But it looks like I let it sit for too long with blown head gaskets.

I’ll clean it up and see if it’s savable without being bored, but I don’t have much hope. Probably end up getting a junkyard engine.

Looks borked to me, too much rust where the deck meets the cylinder wall.

lol “engine codes”

If you run an early 90s car, you won’t have that problem.

Not all, also, they’re not standardized or anything, so if you want to pull them, you’d need like 200 different plugs and protocols.
