Automated Windows 10 Installer: Need help

I was asked by my work to create a Windows 10 installation media that is automated. Bonus points if it is able to remove the built-in Windows apps. I need something that is reliable since we are using it for our clients. A previous employee created one, but after 30 days Windows was no longer activated, so he gave up on that.

I found several sources that say how (Link), but I’m hoping someone here has experience with this.
Anybody else know of an alternative method?

You can use the system image manager included in the windows adk as shown in the tutorial.

You also could test/buy ntlite which is basically a nice frontend for the parts of adk that modify ISOs.
