Firstly Congratulations on 300k subscribers on Youtube Secoundly as you will know australias internet sucks really bad, so i want to know is if one yours became the Prime minister of Australia how would you fix our interet problem

Roll out our original NBN fibre. There was nothing wrong with the plan - It was just that the current government allocated financial resources elsewhere and can't afford it with their budget set-up.
Oh and also Rupert Murdoch doesn't want us to have quality internet because then netflix and hulu and friends would be able to provide content to us and goodbye cable and pay tv. After all - Murdoch did bankroll Abbots campaign.....
Make a minister for technology or something related and get someone who knows their shit cause the guys in charge of the country have no idea what they are doing in regards to technology.
I would pay Tek syndicate to come to Australia, bribe them into government, fix the situation and send them home unless they wanna stay cause with good internet, straya rules!
I like the FTTN rollout, I just wish it was acccelerated. By having the fiber hooked up there, the homeowner can replace their copper with fiber whenever they wish, lowering the burden on the taxpayer.
It also means that places like where I live, actually have a chance of getting cables laid, rather than the fixed point wireless which was on a hot streak of rollouts surrounding my area prior to the election.
FTTP Fibre is a 100 year tech, FTTN is basicly what telstra has been doing for the last five odd years with their TopHat program, just MORE of it, FTTN dead in the water tech basicly 40 billion on nothing or FTTP fibre Australia wins big time and with a lot less maintance AND power for Fibre then is required for for the FTTn.
Wireless connection's will only ever be an adjunct to a wired connection, due to physics AND security issues with Wireless.
