Australian metadata

Australian ISP's are now required by law to keep its customers metadata so ASIO and all the other goverment agencies can use it to "prevent terrorism" whats everyonews thoughs

Art is a diverse range of human activities and the products of those activities. So if that is the case i can consider my actions on the internet a performance and the creation of my metadata as creation of art. So why is the Australian Government forcing ISP's to copy my art. Why cant it be copy righted. Damn you government pirating my art.

This might be boarding on the type of arguments that a company like Comcast might make but to bad.
