Audio Problem - Windows Sound

So the audio driver must be borked.
That’s my system - https://youtu.be/8SC4TpEtbdE

Glad to know my audio hardware isn’t bad. Sad to see this isn’t going to be an easy fix. Anyone know what causes the low freq buzz or the dropout/pops/clicks at the start of an audiosample?
This is reminiscent of other windows audio drivers of byegone era. The interesting thing is I’ve done multiple system restarts, and checked that audio codec hasn’t been changed from 16bit CD quality 44.1 khz. In my opinion there’s nothing else left one can do. Open to everything, apart from removing sys32.

If you spam the volume button does it do anything strange for you?
