ATX PSU vs. Wall Plug PSU

I am building a case for my Raspberry Pi and would like to include a power supply in the case. It has to power a 3.5" HDD so the PSU needs a 12V Rail. I was wondering if I should buy an ATX Power supply (Which has 5V for Raspberry Pi and 12V for HDD) OR 2 separate Wall Plug PSUs (like a phone charger) and disassemble them to put them in the case. I would like the cleanest power possible (within reason) so I don't know if the wall warts can provide smooth power. I would also like to have over voltage protection etc. and low ripple/noise, but in the smallest form factor possible. Any recommendations?

Thanks

There are loads of small psu's that come with molex cables etc. Last one I got off ebay was like $10 and works ok. Just look at the molex connections to make sure it has 4 cables going into it to cover all the voltage outputs.

If you want OVP and low ripple/noise etc then maybe look into a high end picoPSU - http://www.mini-box.com/s.nl/sc.8/category.13/.f

I don't see any 5v power supplies, do you know of any quality vendors I can get a 5v from?
