I'm running windows 10 on it and the touchscreen is not working at all. It was working on 8.1 but I reinstalled the OS completely. Don't know what to do, I've looked around a fair bit
Go there and make sure you update the bios, download and install all the drivers, and then do a windows update and see if that does not fix your issue.
