Oh, where were you guys when I was trying to convince my parents to buy me hardware? If I'd had "almost 500 cats per second faster" in my pitch, I'd have been on my way to a computer science-upgrade in no time...
Great video as always, I love the skits and your way of highlighting the cool aspects of hardware beyond the obvious. I would never have thought half as seriously of buying any 1080 as I have of this one, thanks to seeing how you guys have shown something cool you can do with it beyond frame rates. Admittedly an idle curiosity (lol I prefer to eat), but still... xD
So this card will allow me to create a robot which autonomously finds cats and posts cute cat videos to youtube? That's how you make the money via machine learning, right?
That's exactly why i subscirbed. At school we worked in Weka a bit. We loaded a "weather" sample and the program would calculate the probability of ... it was something to do with % of likeliness that the person would go out. Anyway forgot most of it. Nice video original and funny as always.
PS: Outside of computer science. The incesed speed of the vram heavily affects performance in programs like Substance painter(CG texture work), Unreal Engine (Game enignes) The jump can be massive. From stuttering 4K painting to smooth.
Eh not feeling this video, over year since this product released(I understand you get it when you get it so not that big of a deal). Talked tons on the software side of this but there is a down side of that (eh more or less just to long on the "features" like what % of failure does the more automated process really make) Just felt like a more of an Add then an actual review until you get to over 1/2 the video in. Overall score C, have deff seen better from you guys.

EDIT: Content starts 9:03 out of a 17:05 video Aprox 53% of video
You have awaken my interest in machine learning! I already own a 1070, I won't be able to purchase something else. Could I be able to do something with it? or would I be wasting my time with it?
