Can’t you just exchange the product at the store you purchase the CPU ?
AMD will take a few weeks before you get a replacement part. If the parts were purchased at a retail level you should be able to exchange the parts over the counter no ?
I don’t know if I have a chance to return it because I open product package. I raised the matter to Amazon and they told me to open a ticket with the manufacturer and they would follow up.
Did it ever get resolved?
