The asus router is a gigabit router i believe, and is limited to 1000Mbps which is 125MB/s. I suggest getting another 1 Gb ethernet cable into the router and do link aggregation somehow etc.

are you connecting to the router with wifi, because that seems to be a cause for it.

Those speeds are in megabits, not megabytes, which means there is not a bottleneck in a gigabit port.

I would do a factory reset and see if that fixes it.

Please confirm you're hard-wired into the Ethernet on your router as well. If you're running into issues still I would suggest you go ahead and reset that router, and if you're still having issues see if there's a setting that handles the speeds.
