Asus Maximus 5 vs z77 Sabertooth

Hi guys I was trying to decide which would be better the Asus Maximus 5 or the Z77 Sabertooth. I've heard that the Asus Rog boards are more geared towards overclockers now and I'm not planning to overclock. I also like the Sabertooth's cooling feature and looks but it doesn't have as many of the features that the Maximus has (eg. support for ram over 1600mhz). Another choice I was contemplating was waiting for the haswell cpu's to come out and see what the Z87 motherboards offer since I wasn't planning to build my pc until august. What do you guys think?

They both overclock just fine. The same, I'd say (given my experiences with both they do the job as well as each other). They both support RAM up to whatever frequency you will be using. RAM speed is controlled by the IMC anyway, not the motherboard.

About Haswell, it's close to release. If you wanna wait, it's not a bad call.

Ivy Bridge only supports upto 1600DDR3 which means as long as you have dedicated graphics you can't use anything more then that. Intel isn't famous for amazing bang for the buck.  They make great products but when Haswell comes out I'm not expecting it to be amazing value. (Though I could be wrong)
