Hello, which motherboard is best suited for the FX-6300? or can any one give me another mobo suggestion? my budget is $550~ Thanks.

Looks pretty good, can that handle two 7870 XT in crossfire, the motherboard has 2 ...2.0(x16, x4).... will the x4 slot affect performance?

yes it probably will, 970 chipset boards are not realy made for crosfire setups, cause like you said youre self thease boards have x16 an x4 slot, so if you gonne crosfire youre crosfire setup will run at x8.

if you realy want to go crosfire on 7870XT but i personaly wont do that, but if you plan that in the future, then buy a  990FX chipset board, like a Asus M5A99FX pro R2.0. or gigabyte GA-990FXA-ud3

but if you can afford it, and you plan a crosfire then buy a single 7950 now.
