Asus m5a78l-m lx plus chassis fan control

Heey buds

I recently put together a rig using the motherboard m5a78l-m lx plus from asus with an AMD fx 6100. I also installed an aditional 80 mm. fan (a chassis fan) using a 3 pin connector. The problem is that the fan is really loud, I would like to know how can I reduce the rpms since now it is currently running at top speed.

I already tried using amd overdrive and it was impossible to modify the speed on any of the fans (the cpu nor the chassis fan). I also tried with an external program called SpeedFan. this program identifies both fans but it won't allow me to change anything. I also tried using Q-fan but it doesn't let me change anything. Honestly I don't know what to do. Maybe I should change some bios config? If so, How can I do  that??

Any help will do, If any more info is needed please let me know, because the fan is gettinf really annoying at times

Thank you all good chaps!
