On paper, the gigabyte is much better due to higher clock speeds and paper. However, Asus' cards usually have better cooling so there would be more room for the overclock and also they look much better.

Both of there cooling is about the same but the asus will be slightly quieter. but IMO the price difference isnt wort the little bit of quietness you get.
